He is the spirit eagle of the El Paso and Cd Juarez area. We know there are other eagles friends of Aguila Concretus reported in San Diego, Harlingen, Brownville and other cities along the US-Mexico border. One day, he will introduce them to us.
He has one wing over Mexico and the other in the USA and his spine is strong with the bonding that takes place in two countries. He is two countries and one spirit.
