Puerto Nebula Concretus

Maybe a new supernova splitting in half or the collision of two stars. 

No, it is the entanglement of Commercial Hubs, port of entry pathways, River Uplift, and surface pathways.  It is the exploding nebula concretus found along the border between El Paso and Cd Juarez underground port of entry found near Yarbrough Rd and Torres Av.

The stars are bright around him and accompany this handsome creature along the border.  He is a new breed of tangled up creatures that are highly multi-tasking.  People up here, people down there, buildings here, building there, and walk this way or that way.

But by order of two goverments, he has cameras to keep an eye for trouble and always to keep people safe.  His pathways are clever and used to get people where they going while strategically designed to help assist in security and safety.  This is the bargain and the treaty he keeps to so that pedestrians can run amok under and over while jumping in and out of buildings doing the things they do.
